1Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla extract. Sift together the flour, wheat germ, baking soda and salt.

2Add them to the butter and sugar; mix until combined.

3Place some wheat germ in a small bowl. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough(about 1 1/2 Tablespoon) , form them into balls and then roll them in the wheat germ.
