Cooking in Steps

1Saute garlic and onions until medium brown.

2Put all ingredients except tomato sauce and vegetables (carrots, bell pepper, and potatoes)

3Keep on stirring for 2 minutes, then add 2 cups water. Stir a little, cover and simmer until half down. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. It is also advised that you use a thick pot to avoid burning the sauce.
