    Place cut potatoes in a large saucepan, with enough salted cold water to cover the potatoes by 1/2 inch.Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until they are tender but not falling apart.While the potatoes are cooking, in a small saucepan heat the milk, butter, chopped garlic and Chavrie Goat Cheese over moderately low heat, stirring, until the butter and goat cheese are just melted and smooth.
