1Place cut potatoes in a large saucepan, with enough salted cold water to cover the potatoes by 1/2 inch.Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until they are tender but not falling apart.While the potatoes are cooking, in a small saucepan heat the milk, butter, chopped garlic and Chavrie Goat Cheese over moderately low heat, stirring, until the butter and goat cheese are just melted and smooth. Keep the mixture warm.
